Why dive at night? - Because you can!
You may want to night dive simply for the excitement – to do something different other than day diving. Just as people dive for different reasons, there are also different reasons for night diving.
Introduce yourself to the whole new cast of critters that comes out after the sun goes down. See your favourite dive sites from a whole new perspective at night.
During the Night Diver Specialty course you will learn proper procedures for buoyancy control, navigation and communication to use during your three open water training night dives. You will use dive lights and buddy-system techniques to enjoy your night dive adventure. Most of all, the benefits of night diving include observing the variety of aquatic organisms that are nocturnal and are difficult to approach during the day.
To participate you will need to be 12 years of age or older, and be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
Duration: 3 days
Cost: THB 7,000
If you already have a night adventure dive, then you only need 2 more adventure dives to complete the certification.
